Kings Farm Barn is a beautifully restored 18th Century Barn with a fabulous games room in the heart of the New Forest National Park.

Approached down a long drive from a quiet lane, The Barn has beautiful views over rolling fields down to a small lake. Comfortable and stylish it provides the perfect base to relax and unwind or to explore the stunning New Forest and unspoilt coast.

Downstairs a fantastic games room with a solid oak floor, provides entertainment for young and old! There is a Table Tennis Table, French Table Football Table, and a small Pool Table, masses of space for running around and a big sofa for watching the action!

Upstairs a light filled open plan sitting room is cosy, colourful and welcoming, with Crux oak beams, and solid oak floors. There is a small but functional kitchen area and dining table, a large comfy kelim sofa and hide chair for curling up and reading, or watching TV. All the white crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment are new.

There are 2 bedrooms one with a comfortable double bed, the other with twin trundle beds, so we can accommodate six, but please note there is an extra charge for more than four guests. All the beds have superlative mattresses, down pillows and crisp premium quality bed linen. The bathroom has a bath and excellent shower.
